What Is Blue Christmas?

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Seasons Greetings, Tidings of Cheer…

These may seem like harmless salutations, but for some, they cut like a knife.  Not everyone is happy or bright or grateful or thankful during this time of year.  Not everyone is smiling and enjoying pleasant memories or concerned with making new ones.

Join us at Zion, for a night dedicated to remembering, sharing, and community caring.   At the end of the night we will be lighting candles in memory of those who you have lost and for those you would simply like to hold in remembrance.

Community Build A Bed Project  

I was so proud of the Youth Team from Zion Baptist!  They did great work, and now a child has a new bed of his/her own. 
What a Christmas gift, and a way to begin the New Year in hope.
